つまりCCSのsetup時のUSB DSKの項目はない。PADK - Users guide.pdfのEmbedding a DSP application in the flash memory を見てダウンロード用のROMをつくってDownloading an application without a JTAG emulator を見てダウンロードをしろってことか。（未確認）
